Selwyn
Whats the best 1/48 A&D Corsair kit out there? I want to build a ANG jet that visited RAF Wittering in the mid 1980's Selwyn
Scarlet
Hasegawa. If you can live with the reported shape issues with the intake of the Hobbyboss kit (I can), then that is a good second option.
Jennings Heilig
Absolutely Hasegawa. They nailed the shapes and proportions. HB's kit, like its Trumpeter 1/32 forefather, suffers from a squashed forward fuselage/nose/cockpit/intake area that looks comical. Hasegawa's isn't the easiest kit to build, but it looks like an A-7... J

A lot better than the list price, Hannants are asking £51. (In your dreams!) If you want Hasegawa kits shop around folks! only a fool pays list.
