richellis
Norwegian Boeing 737-3/4 decal sheet. 1:144 decals from Lima November. The Boeing 737 is a narrow body twin engine medium range aircraft that first flew in 1967, and remains in production today. Since the first flight in 1967 the 737 has been continually improved over the years The Boeing 737-300 and 400, known as the ‘classic’ is available in 1/144 scale from Minicraft or one of the Skyline Daco kits. Norwegian are the second largest airline in Scandinavia, they now fly a fleet of the new 737-800 but during 2002 Norwegian borrowed a pair of 737s from other airlines to supplement their fleet. Firstly a 737-300 was brought in from Slovak |Airlines and was registered LN-KKR and retained the basic Slovak livery with Norwegian and ‘Fly Smart’ titles. The second aircraft on this sheet is a 737-300 that had full Futura livery and was registered EC-IFN. The decal comes over one main sheet, and as we have come to expect from Lima November the sheet is screen printed and to the highest quality. The sheet is very comprehensive with full airframe stencils, doors, windows and the airline livery. You could build both aircraft off this sheet but I think you will need to dig in the spares box for some of the airframe details to complete the second model. The instructions are 8 colour drawing/ diagrams that are very clear and easy to follow. Conclusion Again Lima November give us a cracking sheet! A recommended set!
