zimmermaniac
As being new to the forum I'll show y'all some of mu works. I'm 3 year into modelling now, building mostly OOB, sometimes with the addition of some PE. I must admit, I know nothing about aircraft, just like to model them, so don't fall too hard on me if some things are not accurate.
Mike DeTorrice
These are all excellent ! It's a remarkable collection and one to be quite proud of. Each is a great subject and they display beautifully here. Mike

depressed lemur
Welcome to the forum Zimmermaniac. Love the models, with some interesting subjects. Love the dittle dioramas. How did you make the display bases? they look pretty neat.
zimmermaniac
the base for the Mig is made of sandpaper grain 120 cut to lenghts, sprayed black for depth, then sprayed a few different shades of grey. For the camel dio it's just the stuff ya use for filling cracks in plastered walls, brought to shape when nearly dry and sprayed dark earth darkened by adding some black. The muddy look is just a gloss coat sprayed over it grtz Chris btw, thnx all for your kind words Edited April 18, 2012 by zimmermaniac
