1/350 Type 23 from Trumpeter

Wiki thinks the fuselage length is 19.5m, scaling to 55mm in 1/350. Airfix looks closest to me assuming the cutting may squares are 1 cm.

Redoing my maths I think you're right. Airfix is around 5,4cm while Trumpeter's Merlin is a close to 7cm beast.

The cutting mat squares are 1cm.

I wonder if trumpeter got overall and fuselage lengths mixed up, wouldn't be the first time their research was suspect!
