Mark M
guys i need help i have the paints for the tail but i need to know what are the paint matches for the upper and lower surfaces for za600 and for the nose for me she looks the same top and bottom, with odd variation in some panels i ideally need Tamiya colours, as i seem to be able to airbrush them the best, so code as well as colors would be good, i know the xtradecal sheet surgests medium sea grey and darker medium sea grey thanks
SaintsPhil
Mark, I'm pretty sure they're Medium Sea Grey all over, which would be XF83! Phil

Mark M
just checked my emails yes it was merc paint but they didnt keep the FS numbers as it was an off the shelf buy, but he said it was there standard silver
SaintsPhil
Sorry Mark replied in a rush before, nose is Dark sea grey I believe, then the odd panels would be either dark cammo or dark sea grey, depending on where they are on the aircraft! I think XF84 is DSG but there isn't an out the bottle match for dark cammo, but for individual panels maybe just darken the MSG a bit. I seem to remember the tail was Mercedes silver, bought from the local dealership! So maybe you could get a rattle can? Phil
