White Squadron Codes

I am building my 72 scale Airfix Hawk 82 as an RAF Tomahawk serving in the Desert Air Force. I have sorted enough code letters for it from my spares box, but as I would like to build a few more DAF planes, does anybody know where I can get a sheet of WW2 RAF Code letters in white? I have them in Sky, Grey and Red already but cannot find a sheet in white.

Modeldecal 58 has white letters of around the right size 24" -ish IIRC.

Thanks Pat, but the Modeldecal sheets are based on post-war serials and are of the wrong style.

Colorado sheet #7269 should be what you are looking for.

Also have a look at the schemes offered by AML's new 1/72 decal sheets for the P-40B/C. I picked up some of these late last year and though I haven't yet used them, they look very good. Sheet #72034 includes some DAF examples.

Alternatively, if you want a North African scheme that's a little different, check out the RAAF examples in Aussie Decals/Novascale sheet #72040.
