Decal on decal

Hi

I would like to know whether you can apply a decal onto a decal sheet and then take those two with the top one set, and then apply it to the model or be apply to take the top decal off once I have a shape on the bottom decal.

What it is, I have to make a decal stripe of white underneath my existing stripe of red but I have to make the white one slightly wider. I have some spare red stripes so I was just thinking of using one as a template.

It's not possible to apply a decal onto a decal sheet. The water required for the first decal to stick will start detaching the lower decal too from its sheet. Better apply the first decal in place using your favourite procedure and once this is well set and dry apply the other decal on top.

I agree.

It is commonly used for white bordered hinomaru. First apply the white circle, let it set, and then apply the red one above the former.
