Giorgio N
Hi Can I jump on board pleasee? I'm in desperate need of regaining my modelling mojo and I love the big cat. It will be a kit in 144 scale, just not sure which one to chose. Tim Plenty of room on the carrier ! Best 1/144 Tomcat is the revell one, available in both A and D version. As it's also the easiest to find and is really cheap, it's the best option from every point of view.

Excellent news, thanks, Yes, I agree the revell one is the best, I have some old dragon decals with the miramar tomcat on the tail. I think I may do that version on a Revell kit. Me thinks it's time to dive into the stash, dig out one of the 3 Revell 1/144 I've got and dive into a Group Build. Thinking it might be the F-14A Black Tomcat "Vandy-1". If I get time might dust off the Super Tomcat. Robert

Gajman
Can I join in? I have a 1/48 kit (can't remember the make) that has been in my attic for two years. Started cutting it up in a bout of enthusiasm after getting the Daco book but then, having removed so many of the nose panels that I no longer know what goes where , I lost interest. So in terms of the 25% build rule, I think I've now made it even more unbuilt than when I got it (if that makes sense). Gary
