MANDRAKE68
Hello, I would like to portray a HUMBER MK II in a different coulour scheme than the Desert yellow usually associated to this vehicle. A vehicle in the UK would also be nice but I was wondering if portraying this vehicle in Malaysia or Singapore would be a mistake? I know that Lanchesters were in use during the japanese invasion but what about this other vehicle? Many many thanks for your help. Regards, Hervé
mhaselden
Hi Hervé, The Humber was not used in Malaya during the Japanese invasion. AFAIK, the only armed vehicles available were the Lanchesters (I'd still kill for a 1/48 kit of that), Marmon-Harrington armoured cars and the ubiquitous Bren Gun Carriers. Cheers, Mark Edited December 19, 2011 by mhaselden
