Alan P
Hi folks, straight off the modelling bench (on an unfinished stand!) here is the Trumpeter USS Baltimore after her post-shakedown refit in Sept 1943. Trumpeter (Skywave?) kit with very nice WEM PE set. I am getting well into this shipbuilding, it gives me a buzz that i just don't get from 1/32 jets anymore! Cheers, Al

robtmelvin
Lovely work! She looks great, especially for 1/700. You have the touch for ship modeling for sure. I love the subject to. I've always thought those ships had some of the most beautiful lines of any warships. Bob
Alan P
Thanks very much, I really enjoyed building this one. They were superb looking ships, I'd really welcome another crack at this kit too, probably the Pittsburgh with the dazzle scheme. Al
