Iraqi Airways is the national airline of Iraq, with its headquarters in Baghdad, the carrier is the oldest airline in the middle east, being founded in 1949. The airline has been badly hit by 2 wars, with most of its fleet being destroyed during the conflicts, of flown out and stored. Iraqi Airways is now re-building an aircraft fleet.

This decal sheet will allow you to build one of the classic fleet of 747-200 jumbos in 1:200. Iraqi had 3 747-270Cs 2 being delivered in 1976, and the last one being delivered in 1982, they are all shown as stored currently.

The decals come over 2 main screen printed sheets, with a small correction sheet having the Iraqi Airways wording in English and Arabic at a slightly larger size. As is usual for Two Six, the one sheet has the liver detail, and the second has the airframe details. This includes detailed cargo door decals, and lots of stencils. As we have come to expect from Two Six, they are top quality and , comprehensive .

Conclusion

A nice set of limited edition decals from Two Six. I am a fan of Iraqi Airways and it will be a welcome addition to my miniature fleet!
