AAbshier
Great "Frightening" Bill!Don't know about AMW, but I do hope the "AA" on the tail does not refer to any meetings you have to go to on a regular basis! Selwyn No, he was thinking of me when he built it. ;-) I'm touched. But seriously.....great work, Bill! I'll look forward to the article when it comes out. One final question, Bill: Did you find this build to be easier than the Trumpeter 1/32nd F6? Andy

Davec_24
Beautiful, good choice of scheme and the weathering is just enough to add some depth without being overdone.
AnonymousAA72
One final question, Bill: Did you find this build to be easier than the Trumpeter 1/32nd F6? Andy Hi Andy, Let me think about that for a nano-second.....Erm.......YES!!!! But thats only because I mucked about with the Trumpy kit! Upshot is that here we are, two years on and I've still not finished it - there's a lesson there somewhere!! (I will finish that in the near year though!!) AnonymousAA72
Acquisition (training) rounds. Live seeker head, but no rocket motor or bits that go bang. Wot he said - though one head only had a live "growling" seeker head apparently, the other truly was there for ballast (I've painted the glazing black on that side)
phildagreek
Nice build, can I ask, have the airfix decals improved of late, I have had some nightmares with them andhave almost given up on them altogether.

Thanks. I used the original decals in the sheet and they weren't that great...However, there are new decals due in the new boxings, printed by Cartograf. I anticipate that these will be vastly superior to any that have gone before....
