Lots of pics of yellow-wing era & later planes

Hi All,

I don't know how many of you are regulars on Hyperscale, but someone somehow found a source of 1940's photos of all sorts of kit - yellow-wing Devastators, P-40's and some fantastic Spitfire pics - most in colour! There are a number of threads running at the moment as people locate even more treasure - apparently most of the photo's are from the magazine "Life" which have been uploaded onto google.

I'm not sure how to insert links and so on so rather than trying to reproduce evrything here, I suggest you have a look on the 'plane talking' forum on hyperscale.com.

I'll try and work out how to post an example later this evening.
