dogsbody
In "The Official Monogram Painting Guide To German Aircraft 1935-1945" it states that the blades of metal propellers were painted 70 Black-Green and that wooden blades were painted 71 Dark-Green. Is this true? Most other sources I have say all props were 70 Black-Green or do not say directly.
bexwh773
When I built my 2 Bf109's earlier this year, Revell painting guide called for Revell Matt 40 - Matt Black Green. Having seen the real "Black 6" Bf109 in the RAF Museum Hendon 2 weeks ago Id say it was a perfect match. Now, I wouldnt know what German Warbird had a wooden prop and what didnt so if anyone has anything else to add that knows more than me, then please feel free to edumacate me Here's my Bf109 K4 And my G10 HTH Bex Edited November 10, 2008 by bexwh773
