Hello everyone.

A friend at model club would like to build the Revell/Matchbox kit as Halifax BII LW337. Details of the codes carried have been found but does anyone know of any available references to nose art carried in the aircraft?

Many thanks in advance

I built the FM 1/48th halifax as DY * F for a guy who fly's gliders on the former RAF Pocklington, which his dad also flew from and i did a bit of research on wether or not it had nose art all i found was pictures of that halifax with yellow bomb's painted on the nose.

Hi Ian according to the sources I've read LW337 was a BII that had Merlin engines, square fins and a fully glazed nose. What's the serial of your kit?

Great build, by the way.
