AnonymousDFB1
Started building this one today. Built the engine, but I have hit a problem. The instructions call for me to paint the engine, gearbox, sump(pan), rockerbox and heads. Orange! Now I don't ever remember seeing an orange engine! Can anyone confirm or debunk this one? AnonymousDFB1
On the go again.... This has got to be the shiniest, brightest engine I have ever come across. And and all the black bits sprayed.
Diesel Gypsy
Very nice Mish. It does look a bit shiny, but I think the owner would keep it very clean anyway. I know I would if I had a `67 Vette. On the other hand you could give it an oil wash or, better still some of Phils Promodeller wash would be great. I used it on the racing truck in the Motorsport GB & it worked a treat. Just a thought.
