Started building this one today.

Built the engine, but I have hit a problem.

The instructions call for me to paint the engine, gearbox, sump(pan), rockerbox and heads. Orange!

Now I don't ever remember seeing an orange engine!

Can anyone confirm or debunk this one?

Very nice Mish.

It does look a bit shiny, but I think the owner would keep it very clean anyway. I know I would if I had a `67 Vette.

On the other hand you could give it an oil wash or, better still some of Phils Promodeller wash would be great. I used it on the racing truck in the Motorsport GB & it worked a treat. Just a thought.

You mean people do wiring kits?

Yep did a couple in the past ..trouble was I used too thicker wires :deadhorse: ..so the bonnet wouldn't close properly ..But hopefully these new Jobbies Steve has will be good ...I just got to drill 8 holes in the Cylinder head ..its been a long time and I bet I'll mess it up again

Sounds interesting Sean, will be very keen to see that, might be a good solution.
