Airfix 1/48 Buccaneers

Hi,

Does anyone know if any boxing of Airfix 1/48 Buccaneers had the non-bulged bomb bay in the kit?? The one I've got doesn't have it and I wondered if any of the other boxings, with the Navy versions in there, had the part?

I'm lucky enough to have one of the boxings with the two kits inside and it has a bulged and flat door in it, I think the newer kit with the decals for the Navy version will have both also.

The RAF version (S2B kit i think) has the bulged bay, The Navy one does not.

Bugger, that means that my S.2B kit didn't have it in the first place then! I bought this one when it first came out, and was somewhat hoping that if I rummaged through the old spares box in the loft I'd find the piece... Looks like I'll have to get one of the newer kits as I wanted the flat bay doors

The boxing I've got is this one... only one bulged door option and 3 RAF variants in decals.

So would these 2 have the flat doors in them? First one has 5 decal options, both RAF and RN... second one all Navy versions

Only the S2B (RAF) boxing will have the bulged bay. The RN one will not.

If you are in that desperate of a need, I may have a spare
