Dr_Fester
Hi, Just researching for my upcoming 1/350 Titanic build and came across this 8 foot model of the Titanic using matchsticks. Knitting suddenly sounds like a possible option Doc

Alan P
Judging by the decor, furniture and the fact HE HAS AN 8 BLOODY FOOT MATCHSTICK BOAT in his house, i'd guess he wasn't married

Dr_Fester
Mad. Which kit will you be using? Nick, I picked up a part-started Mincraft/Academy 1/350 kit on ebay for about £20. All the bits are there just have to strip the woeful paint job that was on the hull and deck, I think this guy used dulux emulsion and a 2" brush to apply it! Following a tutorial on Rivet Counters to try and correct many of the inaccuracies found on the kit. I intend lighting it up and setting it in 'sinking diorama' with the bow just under the sea and lifeboats being launched. If there is enough interest I might do a build thread here on BM.
