desmojen
This is a little build I just finished for a customer. It features a Fujimi Aichi seaplane set in a water feature. I shouldn't really bother posting it as it isn't a patch on Madmans one, I did manage to get it right first time though! The main reason for posting it is actually to provide a public thankyou to Karl (dswoofie) who made the wooden box for me to make the setting in. He did a lovely job, at very short notice so that I could meet a deadline. Thanks mate! Jen.
Dr_Fester
That's a very good build Jen, nice subject and another convert to the "models dropped in gooey resin" club. Sorry I missed you at the show Jen, lovely Spitfire though. Cheers Doc

Muller
Wow! That looks great, I wouldn't have the bottle to stick a lovely build like that into resin!
Mike in Aotearoa
Hi Jen Lovely work, like they say less is more sometimes. It looks very 'Zen' with the leaves on the water! Cheers from Aotearoa Mike A

desmojen
Attractive little plane there.I'm liking this new fangled water stuff, is that the cold curing magic-water? Thanks everyone, I appreciate the comments The water is actually 'Scenic Water' by Deluxe Materials. It's very easy to use and doesn't get hot as it sets. Once set it is rock hard, that model is never coming out of there in anything like one piece! It can be sculpted once it's has had a few hours to set. Because the model was in the way I just added some ripples, which are not at all obvious in the photos. I have since glued the wingtip floats back on as well, they both got knocked off during the sculpting process. Jen.
