Smiffy
I've planning to scratch a complete bomb bay for my Airfix Vulcan for a while now. While I was up at Duxford for Legends on Sunday, I took the opportunity to snap a load of pics of their Vulcan and I thought I'd share 'em in case anyone else is planning to do the same. To help with orientation, the first pic is the view from the front of the bay looking back. Front bulkhead, behind aux tank.

Mike
You're making it up, you weirdo! I've got some shots of 558's bay & the one at Cosford. I'll dig them out & add to this posting, then shove it in a walkaround if you're agreeable Smiffster?

Karl
I had to scratch build mine. I did it quite a few years ago and I don't think I put as much detail in then as I would if I had done it now... I also have quite a lot of pictures of the Vulcan bomb bay that I took when I was at the RAF museum in Hendon. Karl

TonyT
The Cosford one must be a later version as it has the Mk1 Plasma TV installed to entertain the Russians as they await delivery of the Ordnance

Karl
You're not my type, big boy I'd typed the reply, then re-read it and realised what it sounded like. Sitting here laughing at it in a juvenile sort of way I couldn't help but post it...... (I was looking for a Censored emoticon..)
