Preserved Ju-52 in Flying Condition

Hello,

Can anybody provide some gen (or links or photos) on a Ju-52 that has just flown over my home in the south of France (Mediterranean side). It was apparently on its way to Spain, although I half expected it to land at Perpignan airport because of the wind.

The colours were blue and silver, and the only letters I was able to read : "IWC" (under the starboard wing).

The old lady was beautiful and flying against terrible gusts of wind (must have been hard to control, I imagine).

Unfortunately my camera was not at hand! :chair: A pity because the altitude was rather low and I live on the top of a cliff.

Thanks in advance!

That'll be the one registered as HB-HOS then. Do a Google search with that reg and you'll find pages and pages of photos and info.

Problem solved,

Dean
