Some of you may already know that the What If SIG is honouring the RAF's ninetieth birthday this year by putting-on a theme entitled..... RAF 100. I've built these two and the Sentinel and Thunderstreak posted previously here on Britmodeller for the display.

Hope you enjoy them.

Ian, I have to say that neither of them look like whiffs to me at all! If I saw them I'd think they were genuine, especially the Typhoon... and that is meant as a huge compliment BTW!! They just look absolutely 'right' the way they are, what if scheme's but look like genuine service aircraft!

Both of them are great builds an nicely weathered too.

Looking great Ian, like the exhaust stains on the Typhoon. The Meteor's my favourite of the two, looks extemely "right".

Hi Ian,

well done mate, I like both of em, the Meteor is my favourite!

In the paints you used you list "WEM", what is that?

Also, are you able to tell me specifically what colours you used on the Meteor?

:thumbsup2:

Richard.

Hi Richard.

WEM paints are enamels marketed by White Ensign Models.

And very nice they are too.

HTH.

Cheers Daz

Ahhhhh right! Now I understand. :)

Thanks Daz! :thumbsup2:
