tonyot Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 That is a lovely Seafire model, I especially like the way you have represented the paint colours of the Temp Sea Scheme as they look to be spot on, which paints did you use? I hope you don`t mind a slight criticism, and its nothing to do with your modelling by the way, but I think Aeromaster have used the wrong colours for the roundels and codes! In my humble opinion the roundels should have white centres and not Azure Blue (which seems to have been given the daft name of India White when applied to RAF SEAC roundels!) as Fleet Air Arm aircaft only ever used white centres (only RAF A/C used blue centres) and I also think that the codes should be Sky with black outlines instead of Light Blue. As I say, please don`t take this as a criticism of your modelling as I still love your Seafire, its one of the best I`ve seen and much better than any of mine, All the best Tony O Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
