HI,just starting, this little known, but important rocket, also flight no5 of the eight tested was to hold the record for altitude for a number of years,244 miles i believe?.this rocket, was also known by General electric RTV-G-4/RV-A-4 BUMPER.it was basically, inserting a sounding rocket,on top of a normal v2,it has also been stated, though not corroborated that WAC,was short for without attitude control?anyway this kit uses a revell V2,or a dragon one,im using a revell one.heres the start....
the nosecone with very fragile fins protuding, and the corporal missile..
the conversion kit, with decals for the record breaking flight
thought just gluing straight on is asking for future trouble,so opted to drill both pieces out and find some scap dowell
a bit of paint before filling the everso small gap
marking off the required amount to cut off the rocket
thats it for the moment....cheers Don
