Hi all another model from old Italeri mold finished. Yes, there are a lot better F-16s on the market, but those are still worth to be done, as at the end represents this nice plane quite fine (with all existing flaws....but) I wanted to do this colorful version for a long time, and now it is done. I tried to do small corrections, like drilling intake duct and make it deeper, adding cockpit details, relocate horizontal tail surfaces to more correct position....and some other minor details. Colors are AK, with minimal weathering as i wanted to have this one clean as possible in balance with beautiful tail decal. Not to bother you more, i hope you will like it, best regards, Djordje

Hi this is my first post related to Model Build, I was looking some pictures about a non common marking for an F-86K, I wanted to build the Venezuelan schema (I'm from Venezuela, so it was an easy choice for me), the only problem was that the references for that specific version is very difficult to find, more when you realize that this plane was a transition model and quickly replaced by the F version (some FAV sources point that around 70 F-86K were purchased, but only 25-30 were properly used). I selected the MustHave kit, since I followed another work here in Britmodeller (By Rob K), and I was surprised by the good comments.

Hello folks, This is the Hasegawa 1/72 F-16C-52 kit converted into a F-16A. I used an Aires ejection seat and Master pitot sensors. Also I had to scratch the tail parachute container. Decals are after-market too. I think my next F-16 would be a Tamiya one, much better! cheers

Hi all, A quick snap of my latest, although sadly not a great photo as I took it with my phone in the excitement of completion! She is one of a batch delivered from McClellan AFB to Venezuela prior to the 1958 revolution, hence the older style roundels. She is a Fujimi kit with some added resin. The decals were partly home made, partly robbed from a F-47 and partly reprinted from a dreadful Aztec set I had acquired that I was fleeced on! . I painted the tail stripes and added 1mm white stars individually. A few mistakes, particularly the positioning on the red rear fuselage line, but it was a too late when realised. The fuselage roundels are slightly too big too, but hey ho!!! I hope you like her. Martin See later Flickr images

Greetings everyone . This is my latest project . The italeri kit is not a great one but it is easy to build and you can get a good result if you try a bit . I preshaded the model with my airbrush this time and not with pigments . I have uploaded the video on youtube showing the preshading process ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvRMsEC88eo ) . Below you can see photos of the preshaded model . I hope you like it . Any comment is welcome .
