Hi to all after period when i had no time for this beautiful hobby, first model finished in "speed" manner. New Zvezda model, easy kit of Hurricane Mk IIc. My impressions, snap kit...yes, with mistakes....yes, but in general great model to build. Very good fit, great details, and finished look is very convincing. Not to bother you more, i used decals from Arma Hobby box, add some details missing for this version, and unfortunately lost somewhere pitot tube..during the battle. Colors gunze, AK washes....end that is all Hopr you like it, till next one best regards

Here's my 1/48 Hasegawa Hurricane Mk IIc built as Karl Kuttlewascher's Intruder aircraft. (I know I haven't added the red doped patches that are commonly illustrated - decided not to and reasoned that this is his machine the day before !) I added Ultracast exhaust , external fuel tanks and wheel wells, Eduard's photoetch belts, Squadron Vac canopy with plastic strip internal structure, brass wire handles, and exhaust glare guards made from brass sheet. Hope you enjoy, Colin Here's my Heard of Hurricanes so far ...

Hi everybody, here is the Hurricane I shall endeavor to build (actually the only Hurricane in my stash), and as I have never built a Hurri before, I am looking forward to it. Here are the sprue shots: I would love to say that I am going to build it OOB, but I am afraid it is not going to be possible. If there is one thing I want to change or die trying, is the missing extension of the fuselage inside the canopy. After that, it should be plain sailing.... OK, I am kidding myself. I may replace the guns with some resin after market meant for the Academy kit, but that is a mere detail. Anyway, there you are. If I finish it in time, I shall get so drunk!!! JR
