I have gone against my original plan of finishing my Battle of Britain movie Buchon before starting this one but i am waiting for some bits and bobs to arrive for the next stage of work on that so have dived headlong in on this project .
To save the pain of Britmodellers haveing to read my poor typing i took the liberty of photographing the aircraft history from the instructions.
I am useing the Revell Bf109 G-10 (kit no 03958 as the base model . I have not come across a 1/48 kit with so few parts for years . All 40 parts aare used and there is no marking option . It reminds me a bit of one of the small free kits that came with

The conversion parts come from the New Antares Models set made from hard yellow resin

It looks like a simple conversion with the main work involving the underwing gun inserts ,new 4 blde prop , tail weel insert and scribing some new access panels .
Going to go and do some chain drilling and cutting now .
