A new project this M60 is an unknown as it was acquired from that well known auction site as for spares possible parts broken or missing, so having looked at the pictures decided to put in a silly offer. This resulted in my becoming the proud(?) owner of what I think is an Esci kit with the idea of replicating the M60A of the the Bovington Tank Museum running fleet, a vehicle I have had the pleasure of driving. All the basics are in the box but the tracks and road wheels are the wrong pattern for the Bovington example so after market replacements have been sourced. Anyway here are the pictures of what I have to work with I have made a small start by removing the drivers hatch as this is moulded integral with the hull top, I want the hatch open as the plan to display the finished model with a tank museum crew as it would have appeared in the tanks in action display around 2013.
