This started out as a quick build but I couldn't help myself and started to add details. I added a couple of resin stretchers to the side litters along with some tissue blankets. The cockpit had some bits and pieces added and I refined some other kit parts. Academy's 1/35th Vietnam war Sherridan is a great improvement on the old Tamiya version. I added loads of stowage, and a crew from the spares box. Tamiya acrylics were used to paint the model and Migs Vietnam soil pigments were used to weather the model along with various washes and chipping. Thanks for looking.

I built Academy's Achilles a few years ago. Apart from the stowage items and the figure, the kit is an OOB production! After I built it I realised that Academy got the hull stowage for the ammunition wrong. They left it as it was for the M-10 and not how the ammunition was stowed in the Achilles. I built her straight from the box, adding Academy'd Israeli tank crew figures, I juust loved the yawning commander, he's so different to any other tank crew figure I've ever seen! I used Life Color acrylics to paint the beast and used a lot of Mig Pigments to try and make her look like a dusty desert based machine. Thanks for looking.
