Hello all, I am not actually too sure if this counts as a "Sci-fi" build? It's got a laser-cannon of some kind on the top now so I am going to classify it as such. This is also my first commissioned build, a teacher at the school I work at found out that I like "bashing plastic together" as he puts it. He is a massive Warhammer fan and runs the Warhammer club at the school. I dont know why, but he is trying to get me to join in, and he asked me to paint up one of his building. Here is what I started with... After a few hours of filling and sanding, then priming and painting. I decided that I didn't like the first attempt so I repainted the whole thing and was handed back the below. The teacher loved it alot, dunno if he intends to give me some more or not... Sorry for the dodgy pictures, these where taken on my phone. This is the first building I have ever done, so I realise it is not perfect (is any model in reality?) but I do want to improve my skills. I will take on all criticism (constructive) and see where it leads me. I am planning on making something like this again, probably not soon tho. Thank you for looking. Kind Regards, Dazz

Hi, We are in the process of putting together a kickstarter for a collectible kit and/or miniature for tabletop gaming. We are here to get you guys involved and give us some useful feedback on these our first pass ideas at a Mecha/Vehicle Our initial aim is to produce a 3D printed kit, modular build, with a range of accessories, weapons, add-ons etc to make your choice as customizable as possible. At this stage we haven't decided on 15mm or 28mm, but we would like to go as large as we could to carry across some serious detailing in the print Attached are our first passes; very loose ideas, and we would appreciate opinions and feedback from you guys as to which you find the most appealing.. which aren't and why ? Are we swimming against the tide by not going for the standard Mechwarrior blocky design or are you guys crying out for something a bit more steampunk, outlandish and exotic?

Well after over a year in the making, im calling this one finially done (well until I decide to tinker with her again!) Ive build about half a dozen other kits since starting this one, but at long last I got around to finishing her! (and just im time for a model show tomorrow, which may or may not have been the kick up the backside I needed to finish her!!) Anyway enough of this chit chat! Here she blows..

I built a MkII Viper a few months ago and a friend ended up buying it, so I couldnt do without one myself as I think they are among the best looking fighters in Science Fiction, so ive ended up building another. I recently completed the MkVII version in under a day to set myself a challange to see if I could do it, this time however, that was not possible, there is simply too much work involved in the MkII. So instead its taken a leisurely 2 days to complete minus weathering which I shall do later today! More pics to follow!

Been wanting this kit for years and like everything on the grail list is way overpriced. ( then again what price art eh) This kit is easily in my top 5. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221294182862?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Now if anybody would like to kindly donate to the fund. I would show appreciation by squealing like a gurlie. From an anime Film called Venus wars. One of my favourites from the late 80's.
