  2. Hello to all of you guys.I hope you are doing well during this holiday season.I had this kits in a semi finished state around 50% of the work done years ago and I somehow lost the will do finish them.Recently I found out I had them ( I had totally forgotten about these two ) and I decided to finish them.I built them OOB.The only modification is the pittotube that I have replaced by glueing a needle. The kit pittotubes were broken when I bought the kits.Paints used are AK,Gunze and Vallejo. Enjoy the photos and happy holidays to all of you
  3. Hello to all of you. I present you my latest finished model. The MiG-23ub of the East German Air Force.I built this one pretty much OOB.I made the pittotubes out of needles and some plastic. The paints used are gunze and the varnishes are valleyo. It is quite challenging kit to work on but nothing that cant be built with a little bit of more effort. I have also made a youtube video build so if you are interested you can watch on the link bellow. Regards, Dragan

  11. A few weeks ago I began to build a new pair of MiG-21 from R.V.Aircraft.I chose the classical version MiG-21MF (HI TECH box) and Czech modernized MiG-21MFN. Content of the MiG-21MF HI TECH kit: Currently both models are after the airbrushing camouflages. MiG-21MFN: The camouflage is done using Gunze H.308. I sprayed the fading using mixture 2:1 Tamiya XF-2:XF-19. Finally I applied heavily thinned color mix 2:1 Gunze H.45:Tamiya XF-2 to achieve a bluish tint. MiG-21MF was airbrushed in a similar procedure. Step 1-Light blue grey: Step 2-Brown: Step 3-Dark Green: Pavol

  14. Hello, currently Iā€™m building a pair of MiG-21SMT that are new kit from RV Aircraft. This comapny will realese the new variants and we can expect in a short time e.g. bis, MF, MFN and PFM. The first Fishbed-K will be in NMF, so I airbrushed the Alclad Aluminium 101 as a basis. The second one will be in 4 colour typical soviet camouflage. For this camouflage I choose following acryl colours: Grey Blue: XF-25 (basis), H.337, XF-82, XF-23 Light Green: H.303 (basis), H.312, 1:1 mix XF-4/XF-5 Light Brown: XF-49 (basis), 1:1 mix XF-49/XF-55, XF-55 Dark Green: H.423 (basis), XF-81, H.303 Dark Brown: 2:1 mix XF-52/XF-64 (basis) , XF-52 "The harmony" of mentioned colors I have already tested on the left wing... The NMF fishbed with Alclad 101 Aluminium basis: Pavol
