  1. Tamiya kits built some years ago oob, both were the single kits, not the combo
  2. Built by my dad in 2013, Hasegawa kit oob showing one of the first Zeros, painted with Tamiya XF-12 JN Grey which has a bit of greenish touch, if it´s true the first Zeros rolled out in an ash-green paint. shorter fuselage but more wingspan than later models
  3. Although my dad is no whiffer, several years ago he built this kit of the Huckebein. Unluckily my dad glued in the wheel wells inverted but I could persuade him not to trash the model but to finish it wheels up. Found this 3-point stand somewhere in the internet and bought it to display the model. The pilot figure was stolen from a Tamiya MiG-15 model.
  4. Like the Starfighter, also this model was built by my dad about 10 or more years ago, Academy kit oob. Although he hadn´t the skills like nowadays, back then this model didn´t turn out so badly.
  5. Another wonderful little armour kit from Tamiya oob, shows a vehicle of 10th Bttn., The Rifle Brg. Motor Bttn. of the 6th Armoured Div., Tunisia 1943
  6. Here´s another that I haven´t shown before, built by my dad some years ago oob. A good kit, goes together well mostly. A little nit-pick are the seams in the airintakes, as you can see on the pics. Back then my dad didn´t fill and sand them like he did later on the Austrian one.
  7. So, here´s the last one, not shown before, rare jet builds by my dad. Tamiya Aggressor kit built oob. I guess this is the most built F-16 Aggressor scheme :-) looks cool and mean
  8. Think I haven´t posted this one yet, one of my dad´s older builds, possibly to become sorted out because we need space, so I took some pics for "preservation". Unimodel with EagleCals, showing the a/c of Unteroffizier Klaus Lambio in 1944.
  9. Another of my dad´s jet builds back from ancient times :-) Was the Revell reboxing of the Hasegawa kit, done in a colourful scheme.
  10. Another model I owe you to show. Built some years ago by my dad, Eduard kit with decals from the sparesbox, shows an a/c that was captured by the Allies in Denmark at war´s end, assumed to be a machine of JG1. Greetings from Krampus today here in Austria Cheers, Franz and Reinhard
  11. another older build by my dad, the nice Tamiya Cromwell kit oob C Squadron, 5th Royal Tank Regiment, 22nd Armored Brigade of the 7th Armored Division in Normandy in the summer of 1944
  12. built longer ago oob, painted with Gunze and Tamiya 2nd SS Panzerdivision at Kursk 1943
  13. French campaign vehicle, built oob, painted with Tamiya Panzergrau
  14. Another Tamiya goodie built several years back by my dad. Gotta replace the thick antenna some day with something thinner. 1st Armored Division, El Hamma, March 1943
  15. vehicle in North Africa, built some years ago oob
  16. once again built oob longer ago StuG.Abt. 1708, 708. Volks Grenadier Division, France 1944
  17. Blue Cat Models is a "new" company, a swiss/german coop, basically MACO model kits who produce armour accessoires and models in plastic and resin. The DEMAG is their first full plastic kit in 1/48, two of them are available, an Eastern Front and a DAK model. Sprues were flashfree, fit was good, plastic is partly a little hard. Well, and the ACE Flak is a "typical" eastern European kit with moderate quality but all in all ok. Models show vehicles from the Eastern Front with light/washed out winter camo. Both are oob
  18. Built longer ago, good kit, no problems. The Zimmerit on the lower front and rear is already moulded on, the Zimmerit on the sidewalls is selfmade with "Green Stuff". Painted with Gunze and Tamiya acrylics.
  19. model built oob, Zimmerit is selfmade with Green Stuff showing a tank from sPzAbt 505, Poland 1944
  20. kit built oob, painted with Gunze and Tamiya acrylics
  21. Built some years ago oob. The claws, teeth and eyes are decals, the rest is painted
  22. built longer ago, Revell reboxing of the Hasegawa kit, built oob RAF Sqn 43 in Austria 1945
