I present my Revell Airbus A320 in the ‘EasyJet 250th Airbus’ special livery G-EZOL. She is currently occupying stand 110 having finished her sectors for the day and has been put to bed. I had previously built a Revell A319 in the new livery after coming back to the hobby, but wasn’t happy with the overall finish, in particular the lines on the sweep back Orange section. I have added some photos to show comparison, this time I opted to leave the wings off whilst I painted the orange section to try and achieve a cleaner finish. I also have a particular soft spot for EZY having spent

Here is my finished EasyJet A319 in 1/144 scale built using the Revell Kit and displayed in the new scheme thanks to Decals from DrawDecal. I have an A320 to complete in this Livery and thing I’ll try harder to work on the ‘swish back’ lines on the fuselage. I have put it along side a BA A320, both aircraft I have operated when I was Cabin Crew.

This is the 2012 edition of Hasegawa's 1/200 A320 which was released in the Japanese Peach Air carriers livery - I purchased Draw Decals 1/200 easyJet decals new release of the airline's 200th A320 delivery celebration colour scheme in an overall orange paint scheme. With all the outstanding Japanese engineering, the kit went together without any issue and the digital silk decals were a delight to work with, The kit is almost complete so this is pretty much a complete A-Z run through of a WIP for you here, needing only a final coat of gloss clear coating tonight. ******

Hi Guys, This isn't completely done yet, but i've been itching to share it. A320 Easyjet 250th Airbus livery, made from the 1/144 Revell kit. Proved a little less cooperative than the 3 x A319's i've built, but generally not bad! Decals from Draw decal, can't remember for the life of me the site I ordered the winglets from. Chris

I have been a regular flyer on easyJet’s Bristol/Edinburgh flights over the last 4 years. This build uses the excellent Two-Six decals to convert the basic Revell A319 kit into one of the aircraft used on that route, named after Sir George White, the founder of the British and Colonial Aircraft Company, otherwise known as Bristol. Revell’s kit is nicely moulded and fits together well. My one criticism would be the shape of the CFM56 engine pods, which lack the very distinctive flattened lower edge. Fitting the cockpit windows was also surprisingly difficult due to

Here at last is the third part of my 737NG conversion trilogy, lagging a long way behind the 736 and 739 which I finished last year. It is, of course, a cut down Revell kit fitted with the wonderful BraZ engines. As with the 736 and 739 I shortened the undercarriage legs to improve the sit. Paint is Halfords Appliance White and Racking Grey with Xtracolor X324 for the orange bits. Natural metal is done with various Tamiya and Revell metallics. Decals are a mixture - titles and registrations from Scaleliners, fin titles from a TwoSix A319/320 sheet (I dislike overall fin decals whi

Work in progress. Standard Revell kit with Draw Decal decals. Hope to fly one of these one day! See my BA A319 in the background.

Although I usually have four or five builds on the go at any one time I tend to finish them in pairs. When I posted my Court Line Tristar in RFI I mentioned that it had been finished in parallel with an overall orange Easyjet A320. I would have posted both models at the same time but after I’d applied the decals on the A320 I noticed a problem which needed some attention and a bit of careful re-finishing. Fortunately that worked out OK and here is the result. The kit is Revell (actually an old model which I stripped and re-finished) and decals are by 26. Thanks for looking. Dave

Revell's Airbus A319 built out of the box and using the twosix decals easyJet set. Thoroughly enjoyable build with superb decals, both those from twosix decals and those from Revell. G-EAZW selected as this aircraft brought Alison and I back from a wonderful week with one of our daughters in Sorento, Italy, flying from Naples to Liverpool. Here are a few pics.
