Found this looking for a particular photo for a modeling mate, and thought those of you who are Gladiator fans would find the photo collection of interest; I especially liked seeing all the photos of G-AMRK early in her career! Found this collection while looking for a particular example for a modeling mate, and I thought those of you who are Gladiator fans would find them of interest; I especially liked the photos of G-AMRK in her earlier markings. The query regarding the Matchbox Boston IV prompted me to do some digging for good photos of the A-20J nose transparency for his project. Didn't find anything useful, but this popped up- excellent detail photos of the early variants, and many were new to me, and I hope to many of you, as well. Enjoy! Found this earlier today and had to share it; I don't think I've seen any better photos of the eyeball nose turret fitted to late Production PBY-5A's before. I hope you enjoy them and that they are useful in detailing that 1/48 Monogram/Revell or 1/72 Revell or Academy kit. This one;s for you, @Admiral Puff, @tonyot, @LDSModeller, @Navy Bird, and @71chally Mike http://svsm.org/gallery/pby5_nose_turret/P1510967

Having some success researching short tail B-28 Marauders today- to me they are the prettiest, with their short wingspan and tails, as well as having prop spinners and no dust filter intakes on the cowlings. Lots of photos of 22nd BG Marauders from Australia I have not seen before. (Sure wish Valom hadn't made such a mess of their new-tool early Marauder; doing a lot of work updating the old Monogram snap-tite kit with an Airfix B-26B or spending big bucks converting the Hasegawa B-26B back to a B-26, again using the Monogram or the usable bits (NOT the fuselage!) from the Valom kit are our only choices.) Great photos of 'Sourpuss.' Mike https://ww2aircraft.net/forum/threads/b-26-marauder-weapons-thread.45567/
