Greetings to everyone! At the end of a long break, I can add the article of a model I finished to the forum Our model, which is the subject of this article, is PM Model's veteran kit YAK-15. A model that has very few parts and can be considered highly compatible (except for the canopy) can be preferred for preference.

For my first completed build of 2022 and one I started about 7 years ago and didn't get a chance to finish, I present for your amusement Czech Models 1/48 Yak-15. I started this about 7 years ago and barely got things painted when everything had to go into storage because of moving. And like a slow moving glacier I finally got it a few other works out of storage to complete. Aside for, getting the correct colour red for the fuselage it went together rather stress free. You can check out the build here: Thanks for stopping by for a look see. All Comment, Suggestions and Critiques are always welcome.

Well lets start this new year off running with a build that got started and almost finished before it had to go into storage. Even though packed carefully, storage was none too kind. So I don't if you would call in a finishing up or a restoration. But no matter, Today we a Czech Models 1/48 Yak-15. Cute little thing isn't it? Do you think if I sprinkle water on it it will grow up to be a Yak-38? Nah me neither. My intent is to finish it in the overall bright red like the aerial demonstration teams that would zip through the annual Tushino Air Display. Well that and I don't have the proper regular Russian colours to paint it camo. Besides my collection could use a bit of brightening. This probably won't be a very long build( where have i heard THAT before) But maybe something easy to start the year off right.(I hope) So welcome aboard if you wish to follow along. It will be a tale you can tell your Grand children( and mightily bored they'll be. As always all comments, suggestions, critiques and general mayhem is always welcome. So Forward into the fog as they say.....
