  1. Hi. Well this is a new venture for me with an old kit but with new fret products from scale warship. After much thought decided to do this waterlined. So on procuring the kit and most of the frets from scale warship I have made a start. Hopeing that the resin parts will also become avalible later. Here you see the ship partly cut down(more to take off later) and the box art behind. The hull base removed with tape and this very handy saw, which cuts a very nice line(with care). The frets I will be useing for this build. Here I have removed the rear window frets and drilled/filed the rear part of the airfix kit, also sanded off the Victory plastic.You have to be very carefull when removeing these items from the fret, they are very thin but as you can see look the part. Did the same with the side windows. As you see I have not drilled/filed the openings for the windows. Am going to try a diff approuch and gloss over this before fixing windows.
