Hi Folk's,built for the Vietnam GB for me it had to be a Huey, the dustoff choppers were stuff of legend saving countless lives during the conflict.HB's kit is a little beauty both option's in the box show some kind of filter on the front but photo's didn't seem to show this so I built it without,If HB got the scheme right I would assume it's an early war machine.

Hello everyone , i just finished the Uh-1 from Revell . In 1/24 Scale ! Amazing beast, very huge. Gotta say im very satisfied with the result. Gotta need a bigger place to put it on. The model overall is very nice , good fit. I paint the model with Olive drab color from Mr.Color number 304. And add some White to the mixture to lighten up the model. Decal is the hardest part, but only the shark mouth decal. If you cut the decal in half , it will be better to control it. And the decal on the slide door is tricky, you must apply the decal first then glue the handle on. And the rest is easy.

A close look at the Kitty Hawk's messages in a chinese forum concerning the future Mirage 2000 kit ( link ) display, in the signature from the KH representative, a Bell UH-1 Huey CAD. Would be quite logical after the 1/48th AH-1Z Viper ( link ) and UH-1Y Venom ( link ) kits isn't it? Source: http://tieba.baidu.com/p/4260567148 V.P.

Hello Britmodellers! My second build on our forum is finished today: This old and well-known kit has a nice surface details, and the new Revell decals is great: As usual, the Huey painted with a Gunze Sangyo acrylics with a Tamiya enamel washes. I decided to use all the weapons from the kit, looks nice: An intake cover is removable, to have access for an engine: This time I masked exhaust area before the clear coat to preserve the matt finish: The rotor and its mechanics looks very det

Hello friends! After the long and complex Voodoo build, I decided to build something less-detailed - just for a rest... So, I chose the classic Monogram kit (copyrighted by 1977), repacked by Revell in 2005: First time I sawed this kit in 1994 when my friend’s brother built it, and I was impressed by the quality of the mouldings. Some years ago I bought it (just to have, you know ) and stashed; now its time! The sprue with fuselage halves: The roof, the floor and very nice engine: The crew looks good, very good for th

Hello again, I'd like to participate with this other Huey I'm making. Being an Italeri, my expectations weren't too high (my expectations from my own skills aren't high either). But... Good things of the kit The clear parts were thick and shiny enough not to need polishing. Clears parts fitted perfectly except for a few inconsecuential gaps. The main halves of the fuselage fitted perfectly, along with all major parts. Bad things: Having the doors closed would've required too much work, unnecessarily. A lot of guess

Hey All Today I present to you a CH-118 Iroquois of 439 "Sabre-Tooth Tiger" Squadron. This particular scheme dates from 1994 when 439 Sqn were celebrating their 70th Anniversary. Enjoy... Firstly, the real aircraft... CH-118, No.118106 . . . . . . The Italeri Huey is actually a very nice kit; plenty of options and detail and a reasonable parts fit... that is until you get to the clear parts. The fit (or lack thereof) of the clear parts is just plain awful. Every window with the exception of the ones above the cockpit was too small for the opening it was supposed to go int
