Hi Pals, Another finished queen of the shelf. I would like to say that this is my first HOBBY-BOSS kit, and I think it turned out to be a good kit overall, there were no major problems, the fit is pretty good overall, and the instructions are not bad at all. If anyone has one of these in their stash, I would like to point out that all or almost all of the work on the suspension and undercarriage, with a large part of the PEs included in the kit, and for me one of the most cumbersome and difficult parts, as they are quite large pieces, which require large amounts of glue when folding and then fastening...and in the end will be hidden by the rear pieces...if I had known, it is a job that could have been easily avoided, making the work progress much faster. Another somewhat strange thing is that the turrets have a toothed ring, but there is no interior, and there are no tabs to hold them, and thus be able to turn them, so in my case, I decided to use glue. The main gun also requires some surgery, as it does not fit as it should, and I also had to leave it fixed. It makes no difference, as it is really short... Nowadays, there is a much more recent Zvezda kit, and it is possible that it is more detailed than this one, at least in the running gear. If I had not had this one for years, I think it would have been the choice. I decided to make my model a serviceable vehicle, which has seen real action, but trying not to go overboard with the weathering, perhaps thinking that they were taken out of service soon. I hope you like it, thanks to those who followed the blog and for viewing and commenting as always. Link to WIP thread: T-28 EARLY SOVIET TANK, Interwar experiments Without further ado, a few photos of the finished model: Some shot in detail: A few with its big brother, Zvezda's T-35: And the last one, a "What if..." The idea: Right after a fight, a T-28 (in the background), knocked out, and the closest one, full throttle, towards the adversary...Za Rodinu!

Hi Pals, After a long hiatus, I'm going to start with a new model, this time I chose a rather strange one, being an interwar model, and being one of the oldest ones I have in my stash, in fact when I bought it there weren't other more recent kits yet, like the Zvezda one... I think this is the first HOBBY BOSS I've made, I haven't heard good opinions in general about the brand, but I think it seems good enough for me, much better than other brands I've made before like Italeri or Eastern Express, in fact it includes "everything", copper wires, PEs (OMG!), non-vinyl tracks, transparent parts for headlights... I don't know how fast it will go but I hope to make some progress soon, now that the heat is a little (just a little) less... As always, thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers Francis.👍 T-28, Soviet Medium Tank, Interwar experiments (RFI topic)

Joining with this T28 Trojan. This kit cost me £4 at IPMS Avon show in 2017. Holding until my Tornados are completed. Researching a colourful Trojan to build as I've built this one before.
