Joining in with this, which I'm pretty sure is the oldest resident of my stash. It's clearly just been waiting for the right opportunity to build it! This Aircraft of the Aces boxing dates from 1988, athough the kit itself is 10 years older than that, and represents Bob Stanford-Tuck's Hurricane from 257 Squadron at Coltishall. Not a huge amount of parts; Or instructions for that matter; Wish the red centre wasn't separate on the roundels. Anyway, chocks away and let's get started!

Well ladies and gents this has been in the stash long enough, so what better time to build it than this historical GB. The kits dates from 1988, as part of their Aces Special Edition series, and is moulded in a strange beige colour, the eagle eyed among you will notice the wing lights clear parts have gone AWOL but should be easy to make from scrap clear sprue. Good luck everyone Cheers Pat

Build 16 Having already built one of these, (in fictional night fighter colours) I've decided to build another as Stanford Tuck's V6555. The fuselage markings and underwing roundels are from Sweet's Battle of Britain Hurricane set, the upper roundels are by Mark 1 Decals (I have a few sets from them) and the rest are from the spares box. This will be a quick build and I'll be doing updates as I go... Price: £2.99 from Antics.
