I wonder if anyone can help nailing down the location and identity of this surviving Ship of the Line?
I have no info, it’s just a tiny old photo I picked up recently.
I know there were a few used as training ships well into the 20th Century, as one was moored in the River Hamble, very near me.
So far I have learned about the sad demise of HMS Implacable, also HMS Conway, but their stern galleries don’t match up.
HMS Wellesley/TS Cornwall is a closer match ...
