  1. Despite the fact that helicopters are not a popular topic I want to share with you my Agusta. It was planned as OoB model. Unfortunately Revell omitted some quite important parts (winch, mirror, some antennas, etc.). The bottom side of fuselage in a kit is an S-F Model built in "a hurry" mode (comparing to my normal speed ) in less than 3 weeks. I hope that despite this the result is acceptable.
  2. Here is my latest build off the bench. This is my interpretation of Revell's 1/72 EC-145 that was built 'nearly' OOB. The interior looked good but I had a fitting problem when trying to fit it into the fuselage; the seat headrests hit the interior roof. Nothing to it but to remove the headrests which couldn't be seen through the side windows anyway. The kit provides two 'hooked' skids but unfortunately they're both for the starboard side so a little mod was needed. Halfords white and Revell's red were applied for this REGA helo. Most of the decals were added but decided to leave off the

Wildgarst was our target for viewing the show but unfortunately the show was a no-go, so down we came. Well, I made it up no trouble but down was a different matter, and legs started to cave in a third of the way down. Needless to say, my fellow enthusiasts gave me lots of support with 'Rega'...and here we are. As I said, this was built OOB. Some parts didn't particularly fit well, mainly the gl
  4. A-109 K2 Rega Revell 1:72 The A-109 was developed in the 1960's by Agusta Helicopters of Italy as a single engine commercial helicopter, however it was quickly realised that a twin engine design was needed and this was redesigned in 1969. The first prototype flew in 1971 with production aircraft being delivered in early 1976. The helicopter has been a commercial success for Agusta and later AgustaWestland. It has been used in light transport, Air Ambulance and Search & Rescue roles. Military versions were also produced which have sold well. Rega operate from 13 bases in Switzerl
