Hello all, here’s number 2 this year from the shed, my representation of an RB-57A from the AMP Canberra B2 kit. The kit is extremely well detailed, but I found the fit to be slightly out in a few areas. For those of you who have this kit I would suggest shimming the front end fuselage halves as the transparent part on my example was too wide and jutted beyond the fuselage halves when put in place. To overcome this I paired off as much plastic as possible from the transparent part and then filled and sanded, but because the moulded canopy is close to the edge it was only possible to remove a small amount of material and I still ended up with a step. Luckily the large decal disguises it a bit. The decals were from Print Scale (72-194) and were very thin with a tendency to curl. I won’t be using the rest of the options (or the tatty ton ones in the kit) so if anyone wants them let me know. Its painted and finished with Humbrol 27002 polished aluminium and matt black, Flory panel wash and Tamiya powders. I found it an interesting build and a nice alternative scheme for a Canberra I think. Hope you like it. Pete Thanks for looking Pete

Here is my finished 1/72 Italeri Messerschmitt ME-210 A1 finished in Hungarian Air Force colors, using the Print Scale Decals sheet number 72-298 The Italeri kit was lovely to build as was the Print Scale decal sheet to use. I hope you all like it. I tried to fix the aerial with black cotton and glue didn't quite work and may well unpick it and have another go, I find that you cannot pull tight the cotton, any ideas please. Thank you Colin.
