  2. Whilst sorting through a few old photos the other day I came across a couple of negatives taken on my dads old Zeiss Nettar camera that is older than I am. They were taken at the RAF Battle of Britain Display at Finningley (now DSA) I know now to be 1975 The photos are cropped off a 6 cm by 6 cm negative. Pretty sure it was an Ilford FP4 film (Roll film with eight exposures) and I developed it myself Lightning F.6 XS925 'J' of 11 Squadron RAF Binbrook Jaguar GR1 coded '20' of 226 OCU Lossiemouth, I have the lost the bit of paper with the serial on (doh!). The Jaguar was the latest thing in 1974, which is why I probably photographed it. The Vulcan in the background is XM597 used in the Black Buck missions and currently preserved at the Scottish Museum of Flight at East Fortune. I hope you like the bit of nostalgia. There should be some more negatives from the same display
  3. In early May I have ordered some 4 model kits from the shop called Boutique TonyShop at 75/77 Bd Kellermann 75013 PARIS, Tél: 09 84 58 49 34 / 06 46 49 36 42, tonyshop75013@gmail.com (Horaires: du Lundi au Vendredi de 10h à 19h30 et le Samedi de 10h à 19h). The order has been prepaid by the bank transfer and nothing happens. After logging in at the site I can see my order as "awaiting proceeding", there are no answers for my e-mails and the telephone talk also ends with words like "we have much job to be done, plenty of kits to be sent, we have no time to talk, be patient". Does anybody of you have similar experience with these guys? Should all of us avoid this contact? Any help will be warmly appreciated. My order number is 31224. Cheers Michael
  4. Thanks very much to David Francis the editor of Scale Aviation Modeller who gave us this glowing recommendation while on his recent visit to Edinburgh.
