Evening guys A few days ago, I couldn't imagine that I'll open simultaneously three threads in the WIP section ! But my birthday was September 30th, and my wife thought it was funny to give me a poisoned gift, probably tired of me complaining about the plastic kit bodies that I regularly torture when I don't get my way! So I received THIS 😮🤔: Of course, I used to build Lego with my two sons some decades ago, and more recently with my elder grand-daughter, who is near 5 years old and is a passionate of Legos. I don't want to bore you with this type of construction, but after all, I won't be the first to do it on this website, and there's no reason why I should be the only one to fall back into childhood! 🤣 So I decided to share it with you, and I will build this model (splendid by the way) very slowly, at the rhythm of my little daughter's stays at home (about twice a month) because I have the desire to build this Mustang with her. So, you can buy beer packs and ton of popcorn for these 313 steps build !!!!!! And a last word: don't worry, there's no way to modify this kit with scratch-building.....unless.... 😉

Hello LEGO friends, on Rebrickable the Designer FreakCube shows his spectacular Apollo Spacecraft MOC-26457 made of 7.349 parts, that is almost priceless due to the use of some rare bricks (approx. € 1.809,88). Source: rebrickable.com (FreakCube) But now that other manufacturers are increasingly bringing clampable bricks of acceptable quality onto the market, the price can be reduced significantly. The designer offers the assembly instructions via Rebrickable for € 30,00. There one can also have a look at the Parts list. The model of the Apollo Spacecraft consists of the Command and Service Module and the Lunar Module. In addition, the model includes the Lunar Roving Vehicle, various equipment such as the ALSEP (Apollo Lunar Surface Experiments Package), recovery equipment for the splashdown of the Command Module and a display stand. The Dimensions of the complete Display are amazing: 70 cm / 40 cm / 43 cm (L/W/H) Here you can watch a very impressive Video Review of the Spacecraft (in German). Hello everybody, attention please for all parents and grandads who want to surprise their children and grandchildren. LEGO's countdown for its NASA Apollo Saturn V model set is running ... The most powerful rocket ever flown will go on sale on June 1st, the set is approx. 1:110 and costs 119.99 EUR. Based on a fan submission to LEGO Ideas by Felix Stiessen and Valérie Roche (saabfan and whatsuptoday on the Lego Ideas website) , the 1.969 piece moon rocket stands more than 3 feet tall when assembled and can be separated into its stages. The set also includes microfigures to scale with the Saturn V, a lunar surface and an ocean surface to display liftoff to landing to present. The project received its 10.000th vote in November 2015, qualifying for it for a review by Lego's professional design team. Finally their set was given the "go" to launch as an official product seven months later. After it was approved, the LEGO design team, Michael Psiaki and Carl Thomas Mirriam, took over the project, in order to ensure it lived up to LEGO quality standards.
