I heard just recently that the He 111 kit in my stash should contain all of the parts needed to build the torpedo variant. It just lacks the actual torpedoes and thatĀ“d not be a problem. Substituting parts F1 and F2 with G1 and G2, plus J7:s with J8:s should do the trick? Browsing quickly through the Revell 1:32 scale kit instructions I couldnĀ“t spot other differences. IĀ“m a bit suspicious with parts J6 and K5 that are shown as parts not used in the bomber variant. I hope someone with the bomber kit (Hasegawa #00753, rare as hens' teeth) instructions could confirm these, please! Regards, V-P

EDIT 11.10.14: Please disregard all thatĀ“s written later on about allowing other than Junkers Ju 88 types in this build (no 188:s, 288:s, 388:s or whatever); but good for us, there are plenty of Ju 88 subtypes in various scales to offer us variety, when this build will take place (not if). Regards, V-P So this is what I was trying to post earlier but chickened out... I know that the schedule is already stretched over a year and a half from this date but I just couldnĀ“t resist proposing this any longer. If thereĀ“s no interest then itĀ“s no worries either but why donĀ“t I at least ask what the community thinks about it. IĀ“m just wondering if the single type definition is stretched too far if edit: all the various Ju x88 subtypes are also allowed... Who should rule this matter, is that You, Mish? Regards, V-P EDIT: list of interested as of 5.2.2015 1) vppelt68 (host) 2) smuts (co-host) 3) Arniec 4) kwaterous 5) Mottlemaster 6) trickyrich 7) Radleigh 8) Mish 9) Blastvader 10) JOCKNEY 11) Stew Dapple 12) Scopedog3 13) bobster 14) Dazzio 15) Sgt.Squarehead (thank you!) 16) hgbn 17) Ozzy 18) Potato Pete 19) dazdot and that should make it to the calender :-) EDIT: which it did, running from Sat 7th May 2016 to Sun 7th August 2016 (preliminary info). Thanks Mish!
