Camaro Concept Car - Easy click system 1/25 Revell (07648) The Camaro has been in Chevrolets stable since the first one was released in 1966 as a competitor to the Ford Mustang. Production of the then 4th Generation car ended in 2002. In 2006 Chevrolet unveiled a new concept car at the 2006 North American Auto Show, this was designed by South Korean born Sangyp Lee and based on the Holden GM Zeta platform. The 5th Generation Camaro would be based on this car. The Kit Here Revell have re-released their 2011 model of this car. As this is an easy to assemble or easy click kit the parts are all coloured and designed to be assembled with no glue or paint. All markings are provided as waterslide decals, and stickers. There are four screws to hold it all together though. Construction starts with the interior. The seats are assembled and added to the interior section. At the front the instruments as decals/stickers go on the dash and the steering wheel is added. The dash clips in as do the door cards. Inside the main body shell the clear parts then clip in. At the front of the shell the grill and lights clip in, with more lights going in the rear. The rear spoiler is also added on the outside. The interior section then crews to the floor pan and then the body shell screws to this sub assembly. The tyres then are fitted to the rims and then these and the brakes slide onto the metal axles. With the addition of the wing mirrors the car is finished. Conclusion A good looking of simple model, ideal for younger modellers. Recommended Revell model kits are available from all good toy and model retailers. For further information visit or
