    G'day All, for this GB I've decided to convert an Airfix HMS Daring kit into the RAN Battle class destroyer HMAS Anzac II. Considering the GB title and the official start date (25th April, ANZAC Day) it seems appropriate. The kit was part of the dual HMS Tiger/Daring set, and as Tiger was dominant in the box art I decided to substitute a line drawing of the ship instead in this opening post. Below is said drawing and the kit parts. Included are two screws I made for this build a while back, when I did my Daring-to-Vampire conversion. This will be quite an in-depth conversion I think, most of the upperworks needing redoing. But as this is an introductory post I won't go into them here. So stay tuned . . . 🙂 Regards, Jeff.
