    Dear fellow Britmodellers, here's my 1/72 Eastern Express Yak-9D (a rebox of the Dakoplast moulds), painted with Gunze/Mr.Hobby acrylics. Photographs by Wolfgang Rabel. I added Extratech photo-etch for interior details, antenna mast and landing gear doors. The sliding hood is a vacu part from Rob Taurus. The kit wheels which are slightly oversized were replaced with Reskit resin parts. Decals from the box worked surprisingly well and represent the aircraft of Mikhail Ivanovich Grib of 6.IAP in 1944.     Old or excellent Dakoplast model. Everything I decal is great. I used AML decals. This is an apparatus that flew on the Ukrainian Front 1943-1944. Here's the picture.
