Hello everyone well I have a PBJ-1H and an PBJ-1J underway. Which leaves only the PBJ-1D needed in my collection. I have an old Testors/Italeri 1/72 B-25C/D which I will use for this, this is the boxing. I picked it up second hand and pretty sure everything is there. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/testors-italeri-699-mitchell-b-25c--239105 The kit has some shortcomings mostly in the nose glazing. It’s supposedly too narrow and the rake is to steep from front to back. I will either add a Pinocchio nose or belly radome to it. All pending on which squadron I opt to go for. I will post photo’s of the sprue’s as soon as I can. Dennis

Found this discussion on the WW2 Aircraft website while looking for the angle of incidence of the horizontal stabilizer. Lots of good factory diagrams and period photos as well as the restored airworthy B-25H that is based here in the colonies. I hope the information will be useful to many of you; very good photos of some SWP strafer aircraft as well as the ineffective ventral turret. Hi Guys, This will be my second build. This is a shelf queen. I had it started a few years back and it was shelved at that time. As I saw by coincidence this one on the shelf I had a look in the box and thought why not. After consulting Rich if it was allowed for the GB as it was near the 25% rule. But he gave me the green light for it, so here goes. It is the reboxing of the Accurate Miniatures B-25 C/D model in 1/48 scale from Italeri. As I also have the original boxing from this kit I will probably swap the decals. That kit is intended to be build as a 320 squadron one in RAF marking later on. So the decals for Dirty Dora are a left over. Here is a picture of the box with the fuselage and the content. Here are some options that I have for the GB. The first one is from a Dutch version that flew from Australia. It is original from the italeri box The second one is also from the box. And the original one from the AM kit. As I love colors on my builds I will probably go for the last one Dirty Dora. I love that blue nose. It flew from New Guinea. And it will be heavily weathered. Cheers,
